Telecommunications The Tower team builds and modifies structure, performs line and antenna installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. The following are on-going services encountered daily:
Equipment installation, connectivity, and power-up in Central Offices, testing labs, remote site are offered in diverse environments. Cabling skills support such installation, testing and system troubleshooting.
RTB maintains an inventory of the latest test equipment with current calibration such as torque wrenches, ground test, power recording, line/antenna sweep gear, battery capacity, fiber, load bank and other equipment. Training and certification on specific equipment and system testing is on-going. Safe work practices, weekly on-site safety meetings, company encouragement and enforcement of safety guidelines are continually focused on and ever present. “Every job must be completed safely.”
