Originally founded as an electrical contractor RTB focused on the communication industry. Pride in quality and professional services quickly grew and departments added to accommodate the unique requirements of the wireless community. Each department may carry out independent projects. Efficiency peaks however on collaborative efforts when in house resources are available. These efficiencies translate to value priced projects for the customer without cutting corners. Each department maintains methods and skills unique to their specialty.

The foundation of RTB is a reputation built on quality. This is today the common link that continues to joins each department, employee, and manager to a common goal. We have added many new customers from several diverse industries. RTB has also maintained close relationships with many of our first and very loyal customers. We are proud that hard work and dedication to a job well done has evolved RTB into the separate teams we have today.

The Telecommunications Department was a natural spin off and in demand from the beginning. The majority of employees have a military background and attention to detail is second nature and necessary for many tasks. Today this team is very diverse, trained and well managed to accomplish small jobs to complete network equipment change outs.

Wireless site construction spawned the need for a Civil Department. Today construction services have branched out from raw land, roof top, and tenant improvement communication sites to hospital, tenant remodels and building upgrades. Integral to the electrical and on-site departments for many of the generator and electrical installation where competent carpentry and concrete finishing is a must.

The On-Site Power Department is another natural spin off. Generator services to communication and health care facilities have unique and critical requirements. This department continues to grow as the customer base develops. Today RTB represents MQ Power standby products in most areas of Washington and Oregon. Several other generator and support products are also provided through in house sales.

The Tower Department has given RTB full control of site builds, equipment upgrades and antenna sweeps. The addition of this department completed a long term desire to offer a full turnkey service and the opportunity for many customers to one stop shop complete full project scopes.

Battery installation and DC projects is a niche few electrical contractors have been comfortable to content with. RTB has successfully installed these systems from the beginning. With the addition of in house sales and full product line’s including wet cells, VRLA, and distribution; the DC Power Department was formed and expanded to consistently and professionally tackle tasks unique to DC installation, troubleshooting and repair.

All departments and employees today understand RTB’s commitment to quality installations.
